HTC first is the first phone integrated with the latest FACEBOOK HOME.This was reportedly code named as “Buffy” .This is the phone is that is trying to appeal a mass of Facebook addict will buy at the cost of $99 and has given access to the latest pictures that the friends are posting .

HTC first is available in white, black, blue and red and this phone is promising to give a great social experience  but the matter of fact is that is this phone really going to deliver what it is promising .The upcoming time will tell about the market of this phone let us wait and watch.

Design/Build:

HTC first has given the polycarbonate body that is slightly disappointing but as HTC one that has been launched recently with a unibody aluminium that gives the phone a style statement .But this is not a thing to worry because HTC first gives a solid build quality as HTC has mastered is the design section in its phones over years.

HTC first may remind you about the Apple Iphone as the dimensions of the phone is 126 x 65 x 8.9mm which is slightly similar to apple iPhone but this phone may disappoint you in the weight category as it’s weight is 123.9g which you may find slight heavy.

HTC first on its front look gives a appeal via its 4.3 inch capacative touch screen along with three capacative touch buttons just below the screen namely of back, home and menu which looks great this time as it is rare that a three button phone is so attractive as  HTC has changed the usual format of buttons they has made it interesting by giving a circular home button in the middle of  two dashed buttons which are looking cool then four buttons.On front as we go on the top just above the phone we found a 1.6MP camera for video chat and given for the ease of clicking self pictures.

On top head there is a power button  along with the 3.5mm headphone jack .On going to the back we firstly found the 5MP camera along with LED flash but besides that the back of the phone is really boring as it has nothing other then HTC ,Facebook and carrier logo .

At right you will find a micro SIM slot for easy phone number switching and micro-USB for charging phone and syncing with the computer.On the left you will find a volume rocker for the ease of adjusting the volume.

On talking about the battery of this phone you will find a 2000mAh battery that is rumored to give a stand-by time of 423 hours that is not possible form my side,and this phone is promising to give a 14 hours of talk time .The battery on the phone is really good.

Display:

HTC first is having a 4.3 inch capacative touch screen which is considered to be the perfect size in hand and easy to grip.

This phone have a 342ppi display offering 1280 x 720 pixels that delivers very crispy clear and bright colors and this phone also gives a wide range of viewing angles and also have a auto brightness technology that works quiet good the disappointing factor comes when the visibility in sun is considered as this phone lack there .

But over all this device have a good display quality  .

Camera:

This phone offers a rear camera of 5MP which is not soo great as it is the simple 5MP camera that HTC is offering it since form past 2 years so there is nothing interesting in that.This lowering of camera is because of lowering the price of the phone.

This phone is offering a front facing 1.6MP camera which is also average but it is not the matter of concern as we are more likely used to live with it .

Facebook Home Handling:

Although it comprises of many advanced features but the best of all which the youth likes is the FACEBOOK HOME. The key feature or HTC first is the facebook home that is a social networking deal but the matter of fact is that can this phone handle Facebook Home as Facebook Home is really just a custom launcher on top of Android 4.1.2 .But many features like camera, notifications,keyboard and many things are same as previous android phones which is a good feature for android lovers.

The first element of Facebook Home is the Cover Feed that pulls in images and updates from your news feed. Its constantly changing and is accessed by hitting the power button – theres no lockscreen here by default. The Cover Feed is navigated with the swipe of a finger, letting you jump between the latest from your friends. You can also like and comment, right from the Cover Feed.

The way HTC and Facebook have implemented this is actually quite nice. as this is a deadly combination.

Over all this phone works well with Facebook Home and must be considered as a coice while buying a phone but it dosent means that it is really worth it you should firstly check out this phone in your nearby stores then make a choice.

Hardware/Performance:

This phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that is not the latest one but is that one which can take any task easy even only on 1 GB of ram. It has 1.4GHz dual core which will zip you through the OS and this device comes with a 16GB of internal memory .These all features combine to give a speedy performance with a speedy fast LTE.

This phone can handle plenty of of snappy deals at a time it may not be the monster of the market but is enough to entertain ones basic need of a smart phone

This phone is promissed to be sold at the cost of $99 .Overall it is a quiet good mid range smart phone which is surely going to make noise in the market.
